Short version
When you submit an enquiry, the site sends your contact details, requirements and selected products to our server. A reference number confirms that the enquiry was saved. You can alternatively send an email or WhatsApp message yourself.
What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, company, country, email, phone or WhatsApp, material, product, quantity, target date, printer, application, documents and requirement. Name, email, country and the requirement are required. Consent to receive updates is optional.
Submitted enquiries include your selected product or SKU, quantity, language and page path. They are stored for follow-up by authorised staff. If submission cannot be confirmed, the form keeps your input on the current page so you can retry; receipt may already have occurred.
Email subscriptions
When you subscribe, we save your email address, language, page path and consent date to send SunDots news and offers. Your email is not saved in browser storage. To withdraw your subscription or request its removal, contact us using the details below.
Cookies and tracking
The enquiry form stores only a random request key and a digest of the submitted content in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions. Form contact details are not saved in browser storage by this feature. Fonts are served from this domain.
We record server page requests, referrer hosts, campaign tags and browser user-agent information for traffic monitoring. IP addresses are converted to salted anonymous identifiers. IPinfo Lite may process the IP to identify country and network; cached results are reused for three months. Traffic records are retained for 90 days.
Website analytics
We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics to measure page visits, referral sources and AI crawler access. The browser script omits query strings and fragments from page URLs and does not read enquiry fields. Source access logs for crawler analysis are kept for about one week.
What happens to an enquiry
Saved enquiries are available to authorised staff for follow-up. A sales notification is queued for the configured company email channel; it can be retried if delivery fails. A receipt confirms storage, not email delivery or a sales response. Direct email and WhatsApp messages are handled through those services.
An enquiry may be shared internally — with the sales contact, and with technical colleagues if your question is about a material specification — to the extent needed to answer it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Write to [email protected] from the address you used, or contact us on WhatsApp, and say what you want us to do.

Status of this notice
Customer sign-in uses GitHub or Google only when configured. Login cookies are required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies. Contact us to request access to or removal of enquiry and account data.
