Four families: PLA, PETG, TPU and TPE, across 16 published ranges and 188 products. The range pages list every colour with its product photograph, spool options and printing parameters.

Start with what the part has to do. PLA is used for models, decorative objects and teaching aids. PETG is chosen where toughness and temperature or weather resistance matter. TPU and TPE are the flexible families, used for protective covers and sports equipment. The applications come from the manufacturer’s technical data sheets.

Each range page carries the parameters from the company parameter sheet: nozzle and bed temperature, flow ratio, retraction, maximum volumetric speed and recommended print speed, plus the measured material properties. Use them as a starting point and confirm against your own printer and build surface.

Because an approved English colour name has not been supplied for that colour yet. We would rather show the real name we have than invent a translation. 69 of the 188 products are in this position.

No. Unless a document says otherwise they are issued to Sungallon Rubber & Plastics (Heyuan) Co., Ltd. (盛嘉伦橡塑（河源）有限公司), the manufacturing partner. We publish them as manufacturing evidence and attribute them that way.

Some colours have been tested to EN 71-3 (migration of certain elements) and for volatile substances. Those reports name the specific colours tested — PLA Green, PLA Matte Fruit Green and Silk Metallic Purple. Testing one colour is not a statement about every colour, so check the report against the colour you intend to buy.

The food-contact documents in the library name the sample tested. Food-contact suitability depends on the exact grade, the print conditions and the intended use, so treat it as a question for us rather than an assumption from the catalogue.

Correct, and it is worth understanding. The TDS documents describe the raw material grade and its compounding conditions — barrel temperatures, drying, packaging. They are not finished-spool printing profiles. For printing, use the parameters on the range pages.

Not yet. Checkout, prices and live stock are not open. Every order currently starts as an enquiry so that grade, colour, quantity, destination and documentation can be confirmed before anything is committed.

Both are confirmed per project rather than published, because they depend on whether you are taking a standard grade from stock or asking for a colour or formulation that has to be produced. Tell us the quantity you are planning and we will be specific.

The catalogue lists 1 kg spools for most of the range, with 0.25 kg and 0.8 kg options on several families. Individual products show their available spool options on the range page.

Yes — as OEM on our published range, or as ODM if the material itself needs to change. The wholesale and OEM page sets out what is routine and what depends on volume and tooling.
